I'll tell you what - there maybe be a few things worth visiting FT forum for still, but a more comfortable haven away from there sounds better and better all the time. LOL.

We really gotta start campaigning to make this place more active. Frankly, after watching the FT Forums spiral out of control I am finding myself spending more time on ECF(makes me shudder to think that this is a reality, next person to throw their fear speech about mech mods again over there and ill lose it) then I do over at FT. We have a great core community once the trolls and assholes are removed, but every thread over there now is starting to slowly turn to shit because a troll or an alt jumps in and starts harassing people, then it spirals into shit post central.

The biggest issue I have with it all, is all the threads starting with @jenny then some whiny title. And Jaffo, just know that it is not directed at you, as you only created the one thread to her, and rightfully so. This is directed at all the ones who everytime things to slightly south or the slightest bit of shit posting they instantly run and start a @jenny HALP IM BEING BULLIED FOR MY OWN ACTIONS HALPPPPPPP @jenny @staff @anybodywhowilllistentomytears
Its an unmoderated Chinese product forum. If you cant hang when shit gets rocky, then go over to ECF, theyll coddle you into feeling safe with their excessive moderation, and turn you away from mech mods, becuase you know Pipe Bomb.

Understood. I VERY stupidly declared war on the trolls in that place a few months ago. And got my ass handed to me. Handing it back now....
WOuld much rather have a pleasant atmosphere to play in.
Frankly, I would just like to be able to talk about vape gear, have our OT threads for Gifs and other random nonsense, and have the ability to send Alts and Trolls packing with a quick click of a button. In the less than 6 Months I have been shopping and posting at FT I have watched the forum degrade from a great place full of good conversation, to 4 threads bashing everybody left and right and thats the only activity you see. Even the FT Porn and Whats in your hand threads are starting to suffer lately. Its just a shame to see that the trolls are taking over, and anybody who tries to stop it is being run out by them. When, in all reality, it should be the other way around. But I guess thats what happens when you have 4 people over 20 accounts all bombarding threads at once. Its a shame really.

Indeed it is. I watched that shit for a little while, then got sick of it and got involved. It was a mistake. Unmoderated forums are rough. Especially when they let anyone in. I like some aspects of that, but not the lowlife aspect. LOL.

The FT forum is one of a kind as we're customers of its admins, complete freedom of speech and unbiased moderation is what made it special in the first place. Problem is vermin have been all over the place lately making it less pleasant to engage in discussions. We always had idiots, it's part of FT's charm, but the new ones are omnipresent and harassing spam is getting old.
Can't force people to come here, I can understand owning this forum is a problem. I'd rather stay on FT but they need to get their shit together and start cleaning up the place.
